10:40 Dismissal each Day
22nd-Blocks 1-7:30-9:00 and Block 2-9:10-10:40
23rd-Blocks 3-7:30-9:00 and Block 4-9:10-10:40
Students only come in at their designated final
January 24th-No School For Students-Transition-1st to 2nd Semester Day
January 27th-2nd Semester Begins

Medical Careers Presentation
There will be a presentation for any current 11th-grade students who are interested in applying to the DCTS Medical Careers program for the 2025-26 school year on January 31st at 9:00 in the library.
Interested students should sign up for the event in the Counseling office. When you sign up, you will receive a pass for your 2nd block teacher to sign so that you may attend.

Naviance, Common App & How to Navigate the College Application Process
Please join the HHS Counselors to discuss the Common Application, Naviance, college visits, letters of recommendation, and the process of requesting transcripts.
Tuesday, February 25th from 6:00-7:00 pm in the HHS auditorium
DCIU TECHNICAL SCHOOLS
There was a presentation for all 10th graders regarding the Delaware County Technical School during homeroom on Tuesday, 12/17 in the auditorium.
This presentation was also open to any 9th graders interested in the Cosmetology program. Those Contact Mrs. Jones in the counseling office if interested in applying. kjones@haverfordsd.net

1) Spring Girls' Flag Football for any female HHS student interested in pursuing an additional opportunity this spring. Girl's Flag football is an "emerging PIAA sport" and interest will help us to identify if we have enough student interest to start a program at HHS. Please do not hesitate to stop by the HHS Athletic office to see Mr. Decina if you would like to signup.
- Ice Hockey lost a tough game to Penncrest 5-6 in OT at the Skatium on Monday!
- The Boys and Girls Swimming and Diving Teams had an excellent meet versus Radnor yesterday. The Boys came away with the win and the Girls lost a tight meet.
- Girls Competitive Spirit are Central League Champs after winning District 1 last weekend on their home turf of HHS! See picture below. States are next!
- Girls' Hoops went 1-1 in Boston last weekend. Rian Dotsey scored her 1,000th point this week versus Springfield becoming the 11th female in Girls' history to do so.
- Boys and Girls Hoops were big winners versus Strath Haven in the snow last evening.
- Wrestling is still in 1st place in the Central League! They Hosted a clinic on Wednesday for future Fords!
- Indoor Track continue to run all over Pennsylvania!
