Autumn Term 1 Week 2
A word from Mr Broom
The end of our second week of the year is now upon us and it's been an incredibly successful one. Our Class Dojo is full of wonderful examples of exciting learning taking place across all classes.
The teachers have been putting the finishing touches to their Learning Journeys for this term, and they'll be available on our website shortly. They offer a clear and simple way of seeing exactly what your child will be learning over the learning sequence.
Next week is a busy one for staff training. This year, we're working on developing our writing strategy with the rest of the schools in the STARMAT, and on Monday evening, we're heading to Sherburn Hungate for the launch of the next phase. Exciting times!
Have a super weekend.

We rely on our parent volunteers and are looking for new people to get involved. Please come along to our next meeting or speak with Miss Stephan. Our next meeting and AGM is on Wednesday 25th September 6.30pm in the school hall.

We are a 'Nut Free' School
A polite reminder that we have children in school who have severe nut allergies. Please ensure that you do not bring nuts on to the school site or include them in packed lunches.
Thank you for your support with this.
