- Set weekly goals.
Take Time to Take Care of You!
Get Enough Sleep
- Teens need between 9 and 10 hours of sleep every night. Are you getting enough sleep?
- Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. It helps improve the quality of your sleep.
- Turn your devices off 30-60 minutes before going to bed. You'll fall asleep more quickly and sleep more soundly.
- Also, try setting devices to "do not disturb" while you sleep - even if you don't wake up, the alerts can disrupt your deep sleep.
Do you have a self-care plan?
- Make sure you're fueling your body with good food!
- Try to build 30 minutes of activity into your day.
- Check out this self-care plan - it may help give you some ideas on how to manage stress you may be feeling. (LINK)
