Main Office Updates
Transportation Changes
If your child will have a change in transportation, or will be picked up early, please send a paper note to your child’s teacher. Notifying teachers electronically, mid-day will not guarantee teachers will get the information on time. In addition, we can only give bus passes for emergency childcare, not for prearranged playdates. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reminder for Pick Up
Please remember to always have ID when coming into school as you may be required to provide it when picking up your child.

Transportation Efficiency Study
The Transportation Efficiency Study is now open on WITS through June 2, 2025. As we prepare for the 2025-2026 school year, our goal is to ensure efficiency with overall ride time for students and also streamline arrival and dismissal at our buildings. Parents/guardians need to submit a response for arrival and dismissal for each child.
Please note that once a parent/guardian makes their selection, the Transportation Efficiency Study will no longer be available. If indicated that an individual will not need busing and circumstances change after the study closes, parents/guardians can contact the Transportation Department for transportation requests.

Advanced Coursework Website
The Williamsville Central School District is proud to provide students with a premiere public education, offering many opportunities for students to participate in advanced coursework and accelerate their learning.
We encourage all of our students and families to explore these educational opportunities offered by the District. The advanced courses offered in middle and high schools are available on the Advanced Coursework Opportunities webpage. Please be sure to review the pages for English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science to understand the details associated with each content area. Middle school course descriptions are available on this webpage. High school course information for all content areas is available through each school’s Course Catalog, which is also linked on the Advanced Coursework Opportunities page.
Your child’s respective school is responsible for the development of individual student schedules. Questions related to advanced coursework should be referred to your child’s school counselor.
Open Enrollment
Open enrollment is the opportunity for students who live in the Williamsville Central School District to attend a school within the District that is outside of the student’s residential attendance area. Each school year, the Board of Education decides which schools will be available for open enrollment in the following school year, based primarily on anticipated enrollments. If a school is expected to be near or at capacity, the school may be “closed” to any students who reside outside of its designated attendance area.
The Office of Student Services must receive written requests for open enrollment for the 2025-26 school year by June 1, 2025 for grades 1 through 12; incoming Kindergarten students have a July 1, 2025 open enrollment deadline.
