Heartland World Series

This is NOT a STAY to PLAY event. Feel free to stay at any area hotel.

Format:

• 4 pool into Double Elimination Bracket
• All Games are 75 minutes long
• All games you are allowed to bat your roster
• Additional Rules available in the download section

• July 15th- Early Check IN

- Hidden Valley Sport Complex Field 7 Shelter House 6:30pm-8:30pm

• July 16th

- 9:00am-12:00pm Skills Contest @ Hidden Valley Sport Complex

- 10:00am-12:00pm Coach Check IN @ Hidden Valley Sport Complex

- 7:00pm Opening Ceremonies at Oceans of Fun

• July 17th-July 19th Pool Games
• July 19th- Pool Game Cont. Start of Bracket Games
• July 20th- Bracket Games Cont.
• July 21st- Finals

• 08U- Adair Park
• 10U- Hidden Valley
• 12A- Happy Rock and Hidden Valley
• 12B- Happy Rock Finals at Hidden Valley
• 14A- Hidden Valley and Adair Park
• 14B- Adair Park
• 16A- Hidden Valley
• 16B- OGSA and Lone Elm
• 18A- Hidden Valley
• 18B- OGSA and Lone Elm

• Tickets are good for entry into Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun from open to close.
  
• Opening Ceremony begins at 7:00pm at OOF
• Catered meal is served from 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Team Tickets:

• $425 for a set of 15 (One set per team)
• Includes all day admission, private pool party, and dinner

Individual Tickets:

• $38.00 a piece
• Includes all day admission, private pool party, and dinner

ALL SEASON PASS HOLDERS MUST PURCHASE A POOL PARTY TICKET for $20.00
