Dr. Patterson's Weekly Update
Eagle Pride! Video by Dr. Patterson
May 24, 2020
Happy Sunday Eagles!
We hope you are having a fantastic Memorial Day weekend! Thank you to all families who participated in Virtual Field Day and Virtual Spirit Week! I do not hesitate saying we had the most awesome field day in the county! Thank you Mr. Sanfilippo and Mrs. Robinson for all of your hard work planning our virtual field day! We had a lot of participation, and it was evident from the posted FlipGrid videos that students and parents were having fun :) I loved receiving all of the pictures from Virtual Spirit Week. I have missed all of your smiling faces. I hope you enjoy the video I put together with pictures from the week. Please do not hesitate to send an email message or DoJo message to your child's teacher, Dr. Patterson, or Mrs. Gualtieri if you need assistance. Additionally, we are available via phone in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm. Please call us at 910-347-1261. Happy learning! Eagles SOAR!
Packet Pick-Up
Our final packet pick-up will be on Tuesday, May 26. K-5 work packets will be available for pick-up. Since 3-5 students must return laptops on May 28-29, packets are being provided for the last week of school. Please return completed packets in the designated boxes. Additionally, please return any library books this week. We need to get all library books checked in prior to the last week of school. There is a box for library book return by the back door as well.
Laptop and Charger Drop-Off for Grades 3-5
All 3-5 students at CEEMS must drop off laptops and chargers on May 28 or May 29. Mr. Smith, our Media Coordinator, and Mrs. Robinson, our Digital Learning Facilitator, will be set up in the back parking lot by the breezeway entrance 12pm-7pm on both days. They will meet you at your car to collect laptops and chargers.
