We hope everyone has had a good start to the month of February. I know we have many NFL fans in our community, so, whether you are a football fan or an entertainment fan of commercials, we hope you had a fun Superbowl Sunday.

This is a short month filled with our recent Teacher’s Convention, upcoming Open Houses around the division, Valentine’s Day, Family Day weekend and a noticeable return to daylight hours as we make our way to Spring.

For our Grade 9 families, this week is highlighted by the Open Houses at Bev Facey Composite High School on Tuesday, February 11 and Salisbury Composite High School on Wednesday, February 12. See below for details.

We are also excited to be hosting an Open House at Heights tomorrow (Tuesday, February 11) for our current Grade 6 students and families. This is the first February Open House at Heights in many years and it is an opportunity to showcase our programming and for our families to meet staff and ask questions.

We would love to have you attend the Bev Facey Community High School Open House and experience all the amazing programs and classes we have to offer!

• The doors open on Tuesday, February 11 at 6:00 pm.
• At 6:10 p.m. we will have a quick welcome from the principal and a viewing of the 2025 Bev Facey Open House Video.
• 6:25 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. please tour the school and visit all the departments and school program offerings.
