Dismissal on Wednesday, May 22, will be at noon.

To ensure adequate staffing, please notify the MP front office if your student will not be returning to Manchester Park for the 2024-25 school year.

The Manchester Park front office will be closed June 6 thru July 10.

Beginning on Tuesday, July 9, online registration for the 2024-25 school year will open in ParentVUE. Parents will be able to access the link to Online Registration in the ParentVUE app or by going to http://parentvue.olatheschools.com. There, they will be able to complete all the necessary registration documents for each of their children, including making sure contact and demographic information is up-to-date.

Parents will be able to pay student and school fees through InTouch/TouchBase and apply payment toward meal accounts through MyPaymentsPlus.

It's important to note that families new to the district and those who have not been to kindergarten enrollment will need to contact their child’s school beginning on July 22 to set up an appointment to come into the building to register. More information will be sent to parents this summer about the Online Registration process.

Inscripciones en línea para el ciclo escolar 2024-25

A partir del 9 de julio, se abrirán las inscripciones en línea para el ciclo escolar 2024-25 en ParentVUE. Los padres podrán acceder al enlace de Inscripciones en línea en la aplicación ParentVUE o visitando http://parentvue.olatheschools.com. Allí, podrán completar todos los documentos necesarios para la inscripción de cada uno de sus hijos, incluyendo el asegurarse de que la información demográfica y de contactos esté actualizada.

Los padres podrán pagar las inscripciones de los estudiantes y las cuotas escolares a través de InTouch/TouchBase y realizar el depósito para las comidas por medio de MyPaymentsPlus.

Es importante señalar que las familias nuevas en el distrito y las que no han estado en las preinscripciones de kínder tendrán que ponerse en contacto con la escuela de sus hijos a partir del 22 de julio para programar una cita para ir a las oficinas a inscribirse. All students will be checking in their school issued iPads before the last day of school. All items in the picture below must be returned as well. If your student is missing one of the accessories, you may either purchase a replacement yourself or be charged through the district.

Our 5th Grade Clap-Out will occur Wednesday, May 22, 11:45 AM. Parents, please plan to gather outside the flex room hallway doors on the back side of the building. We'll have someone out there to help with placement. Fifth graders will then leave with parents as they exit the building.

Registration for summer sessions at the Olathe Schools Help Clinic opens May 13. Please see the link below for a full list of opportunities.

2024-25 class placements will be available on ParentVue starting July 29. Please be aware that changes may still be made past that date.

We will be celebrating 20 years of Manchester Park in August. More info to come, but please make note of the date below.

• Check out the Level Up Your Learning website! This website is chock full of enriching activities in the areas of reading, math, science, social studies, fitness, and fine arts. Due to space, we do not provide information regarding community or private club opportunities but we will include summer camp information from our ONW feeder pattern. These are included in a section toward the end of Weekly Updates.
