Happy November everyone!

We’ve got a couple of events that have turned into November traditions for us. First join us on

November 5 as we try to make 50 Paracord Bracelets in 50 minutes as our annual donation to Project Gratitude. All supplies are provided and no experience is required. Hang out and make some new friends before the craziness of the holidays at our Board Game Night on the 17th . We’ve got over 50 games ready to play, so just bring yourself and some friends.

We’ll be closed on November 11 for Veterans Day and on November 24 and 25 for Thanksgiving.

The Friends of the Library will host their annual Silent Auction in the library from November 26 through December 3. The Friends of the Library raise money for things that fall outside the library’s regular budget. You can get some holiday shopping done and support the library at the same time.

Daylight is getting shorter, so it’s a great time for everyone to shift activities indoors and check out a huge stack of books to read. Come talk to us if you need any suggestions—recommending books is one of our favorite things.

We are fully open to the public! Come on in to see us 10am-6pm Monday through Friday, and 10am-4pm (closed from 12-1pm for lunch and cleaning) on Saturdays.

Curbside hours are constant every day, Monday through Saturday, from 10am until 5pm. Please email us at curbside.bcld@gmail.com or give us a call and let us know what we can gather for you. We'll arrange a time to pick up for contactless delivery.

Low-Sensory Storytime is now offered on the second Saturday of each month.

What: A quiet storytime for babies and introverted children

When: November 12th at 4PM, registration required

Where: The Library in the Community Room

Please register by calling (970) 532-2757 or by coming in.

Join us for storytime in the community room at the library on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30am. These storytimes are open to kiddos of all ages!

Join us as we free-write, critique, and hone our craft together.

All genres of writing welcome. We meet every Monday from 10:15AM to 11:45AM.

Let's see if we can make 50 Paracord Bracelets in 50 minutes to send to Operation Gratitude for our Military and First Responders on November 5th at 10:30AM.

Come hang out with others from the community on November 17th at 6PM and make use of our board games for the evening—no need to bring your own, we have more than 50.

Next month's Book Club will be on December 6th over the book One Second After by William Forstchen. There is a 1:30PM meeting and 6:30PM meeting. Come to whichever time works best for you.
