NJ School Climate Survey - Fall 2024
The North Plainfield School District is participating in survey data collection using the New Jersey School Climate Improvement (NJ SCI) Survey to help obtain multiple perspectives on aspects of school climate. Collecting data is important for understanding strengths and needs in our school and how it feels to be a member of the school community.
Please see the below letters explaining the parent and student surveys. Parents are able to take the survey by scanning the QR code below or clicking the image below. The password is 'parents'. We appreciate your input!

Awesome Acts
*Jade helped two other students catch up with an art project that the rest of the class started the week before. Jade is always helpful during art class and does things like this often and without being asked.
*It's Melisa's special week! We are looking forward to celebrating her and seeing all the ways she demonstrates C.A.R.D.
*Dennis has been so helpful and kind with our new student who needs help with English. He has been translating for Mrs. Mejia when needed and has been so kind to her. Thank you Dennis!
*Charlie demonstrated caring to another student. A student arrived at the nurse's office upset. Charlie said, "I will cheer her up," and started singing a song to make the student happy. The student calmed down and had a big smile on her face.
*Congratulations Sofia on your special week! We are so happy to have you as a kind and caring member of our class this year. Every day Sofia comes to school with a smile and a positive attitude. She shows caring to all! Way to go Sofia!
*Ameliyah Is room 33's special student of the week!! Ameliyah is always respectful to all members of room 33, and always brings her positive attitude to class. Room 33 is so lucky to have Ameliyah!
*Tiana helped to neaten up all class materials without being asked. Way to show you care about the music room, Tiana!
