We hope everyone had an enjoyable and restful summer with family and friends! Great Hollow welcomed all students and staff back to school on September 6, 2023. A warm Great Hollow, "WELCOME," to our incoming 6th grade students, and a big, "WELCOME BACK," to our returning 7th and 8th grade students! This year will be filled with great experiences that you will remember forever! Be on the look out for our monthly e-newsletters in order to keep up with everything happening at Great Hollow Middle School.

Great Hollow Middle School will Lace Up for Childhood Cancer Awareness on September 22,
by wearing gold shoe laces, gold clothing, and accessories.
Meet the Teacher Nights
6th, 7th, and 8th grade parents will attend our Meet The Teacher Nights on September 18, 20 and 27. Parents will follow their child's program using a modified bell schedule. Please refer to your parent emails for more information regarding Meet the Teacher Nights. We all look forward to seeing you!
All 6th grade students will be attending library orientation during an ELA period in September/early October. Mrs. Jakubowsky and Miss Goodman will give our new students a tour and tell them about all of the exciting programs the library offers! We have received many new books over the summer, and students will be given "Sneak Peeks" of the first chapters of many of the books throughout the year. The library program is integrated into all subject areas, and all grade levels- we can't wait to see how many great projects the students are involved in this year!
