AP Testing
AP Testing is May 6 – 17
- Students taking a morning AP test will need to arrive to their testing rooms NO LATER THAN 7:45 AM.
- Students taking an afternoon AP test will need to arrive to their testing rooms NO LATER THAN 11:30 PM.
- Students can reach out to their AP teachers for test locations and times.

FAFSA
FAFSA is a graduation requirement for all Seniors – if you have not completed the FAFSA see Ms. Griscom in the College & Career Center ASAP.
If you will not be completing the FAFSA, please see your counselor.
College, Career, and Military Readiness Information
Seniors who still need to take the TSIA2 for College Entrance Requirements should email Ms. Bauer, CCMR Specialist, at cbauer@neisd.net to get on the testing list.
Seniors who will be enlisting in the military after graduation, please bring your DD4 to Ms. Bauer. CCMR Specialist, in the Counselors’ Office area as soon as it is complete. If you are unsure of what a DD4 is, reach out to your recruiter.
There is still time for Seniors to apply for the Alamo Promise program. This program allows for any Bexar County graduate to attend an Alamo College for free for 2 years while working towards an Associate’s Degree or Certification. More information can be found at: https://www.alamo.edu/promise/ and you can also see Ms. Griscom, College Advisor, in the College & Career Center.

Roosevelt Family Specialist
Melissa Mendiola is Roosevelt's Family Engagement Specialist. She is available to assist with any needs or issues in a student's home life that can negatively affect a student's ability to excel at school. She is able to provide support and services for all students and their families, creating a true connection between home, school, and community. The family specialist's role is to bridge the gap of communication between parents, the school, and the community and provide resources to families who are experiencing barriers, and to empower all parents to fulfill their role as child’s first teacher.
