Our Week at Reutter School
Week of June 10, 2024
Principal's Message
Reutter School Families:
Today, in accordance with state law, Reutter School conducted a security drill in the manner that we conduct all emergency drills, with seriousness and with sensitivity to our students and staff. Everyone responded appropriately and instruction resumed immediately thereafter.
As a follow-up to a previous email that was sent to all parents/guardians, we will be administering an anonymous, student-based character development survey on Wednesday, June 12 to students as part of our end of the year Character Development festivities. This survey will help us better understand the strengths and areas of development for our students based on their perspective of our school's character development initiatives. We believe that character development is an essential part of a student's education, and your child's input will help our school's Climate and Culture Committee to create a more intentional and supportive learning environment. The survey will be voluntary and anonymous, so please encourage your child to participate if they feel comfortable doing so. If you wish for your child to NOT participate in this survey, please email Mrs. Roberts, School Counselor, and advise her of your wishes. A Copy of the Student Character Development Survey can be found at: https://forms.gle/4iYJ4dQpsSiX7Nxy6.
A separate, parent and community-focused character development survey has also been developed to gather information from parents and community members about our school's initiatives in character development. Thank you for your continued support.
Educationally Yours,
Mr. Peters
Principal
