A Message From Ms. Cannon
Happy Friday!
It was great having students in the building for a full week of learning!
Parent-teacher conferences are coming up on March 6th and March 11th. If you need assistance scheduling, please reach out to your child's teacher. Parent-teacher conferences are an important opportunity to stay involved in your child’s education. They allow you to connect with the teacher, celebrate your child’s progress, and discuss any areas where they may need extra support. When parents and teachers work together, it helps students feel more confident and succeed in school. We appreciate your time and look forward to seeing you at conferences!
When possible, we prefer to go outside for recess instead of staying inside. We have had an increase number of students coming to the office during recess asking for coats. If your child does not have a coat, please call the Bogan office at 513-273-3400 or email our Social Worker, Kelley Franks, at franksk@talawanda.org
Have a great weekend!
Sincerely,
Kirsten Cannon, Principal

Lunch Accounts
As a reminder, you are able to add funds to your student's lunch account through the Talawanda EZ Pay system. If your student's account reaches -$50 it will be rolled into your school fees. Please be mindful and keep your student's account current. You can use Talawanda EZ Pay, send a check or cash to the school office to take care of your student's balance.

Counselor's Corner: updated February 28th
Hello parents and guardians! All grade levels have officially wrapped up their units on empathy and kindness and we are moving into our final unit of the year which will focus on problem solving. We officially only have four lessons left for this school year and we will wrap Second Step up by the end of April to focus on all of the fun events that we know the last month of school brings!
It has been such a joy to work alongside your students this year and to watch them grow. As we move closer to the end of the year, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your child. My job is to help support their full academic, social, and emotional well being here at school and I am happy to help in any way that I can.

Conference Meals
Conferences are coming up soon and we need help with Drinks, Fruit, and Dessert! The main meals are covered, but we'd love to have help with providing these to teachers/staff this March.
Conferences are on March 6 and March 11. We would need the donations prior to the start of the evening at 3p! Money donations can also be accepted and we can do the shopping/baking!
Uptown Blends will be providing some refreshments and we'll be covering the main course meals!
Email us at boganptg@gmail.com or call/text 513-341-8117 with any questions! HERE is the link to the signup genius.
We appreciate your support and help in all these endeavors!
