Weekly Newsletter
Dear Morris Families,
Last week brought cold temperatures, and our students showed resilience and adaptability by doing an excellent job following indoor recess expectations. To ensure the children stayed active, our teachers incorporated movement into their instruction and throughout the day. We are proud of the teamwork and positivity our school community displayed!
Panorama Family Survey
Our district values your feedback! Starting on today, we will be asking families to complete a brief survey to share their thoughts about the experiences at Morris Elementary School. This is an opportunity for you to help us ensure we continue to provide high-quality, rigorous learning experiences that prepare our learners for the future.
The survey will be open from today 1/12/25 to 1/28/25.
Your insights are invaluable, and we thank you in advance for your thoughtful responses.
Please click here to take the survey. Thank you!
Student Voice at Morris
Last week, students in grades three through five took their own Panorama survey, providing valuable input on ways to enhance our school culture. We are proud of their engagement and thoughtful participation and look forward to using their feedback to make Morris Elementary an even better place to learn and grow.
Band and Chorus Concert Success
WOW! Mrs. Pollard’s band and chorus concert was nothing short of amazing. The students performed wonderfully, and it was a joy to see their hard work and dedication come to life on stage. Thank you to Mrs. Pollard, our talented performers, and their families for making this event a success.

Energy Smart Adventures Presentation
On Thursday, our kindergarten through second-grade students had the pleasure of participating in Energy Smart Adventures, a 30-minute in-class Storytime experience funded by the Berkshire Gas Company. This highly interactive program taught students about energy efficiency and the importance of saving energy.
