Rules
- Games are 70 minutes or 7 innings whichever comes first.
- Pool Play Games can end in a tie
- You may bat roster (Free defensive substitution if roster batting).
Tournaments Charity Pick
Teams are free to pick and play for their own charity pick. There are many ways to earn additional monies for their favorite cause throughout the weekend. The teams who choose not to pick a Charity will be playing for the tournaments choice.
NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN!
BEDDING DRIVE
- Individuals are encouraged to bring a NEW twin sized comforter/sheet sets.
- Those who bring a complete Twin set (Comforter and sheets) will receive a gift.
- Bedding can be dropped off to your tournament director.

Details
- Pick A Charity or Cause
- Elect a team parent to organize the weekends activities
- Download tournament check list
- Come up with other ways to raise money as a team for your charity.
Contests
- Fence Decorating
Teams should select a section of a outward facing fence to decorate a section no more than 10 feet wide. The fence should clearly indicate which charity they are playing for and their team name should be present somewhere in the the design.
- Costume Contests
Teams are encouraged to design a shirt or wear a jersey that represents the Charity or Cause they are playing for.
- Pledge Sheet Contest
Teams can collect money from friends and family to go towards their charity or cause. They can do it as a flat donation or they can turn their tournament games into a pledge contest.

- 1st and 2nd place individual medals
- Team Plaques awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams
- Monies earned will be issues to Charity of Choice. Teams must supply tournament director with the address and person of contact to send letters. Many Charities, Causes share the same name and we would like to make sure the money we send is going where it needs to be.
Gate- Please see Team Gate Fee. Individual gate collection is discountinued until Phase 4.

TEAM GATE FEE
To abide by city, state and county mandates we will be going to a team gate fee. Gate fees are to be paid prior to the start of the tournament. Gate Fee's are set by the individual tournament. That information will be sent to the Coaches Via E-mail prior to the start of the event.
