Facility Updates
I am thrilled to share that our school building has started the year with a fresh, new look. All classrooms, hallways, and the cafeteria have been repainted, creating a bright and welcoming environment for our students and staff.
I would also like to provide an update on the HVAC project. The vendor’s quote and purchase order documents for our units have been submitted, and the county is diligently working to ensure the progress remains on track. They are committed to seeing this project through without unnecessary delays. I will keep you informed as we move forward.
School Dismissal Manager
Please keep your child's School Dismissal Manager updated. If you need to make changes to your child’s dismissal plan, please update by 1:00 PM. Our staff have been instructed to follow the information listed there to ensure everyone gets to their proper destination safely and efficiently. When we receive multiple phone calls with last-minute changes, it can become challenging to ensure all updates are accurately communicated and implemented. Your timely updates in the system make a huge difference in keeping everything running smoothly for our students and staff. Thanks for your help.
OGE Sports
It has been such a joy to watch our 4th and 5th-grade students shine in elementary athletics! From our soccer team to boys' and girls' track, and now competitive dance, their enthusiasm and dedication have been truly inspiring.
A special shoutout to our dance team, who delivered an incredible performance last Saturday. Their hard work and talent were on full display, and we couldn’t be prouder!
I would love for you to join me this Saturday as they compete at Redan High School. The dancers are scheduled to take the stage at 12:25 PM, but I recommend arriving a bit early to grab a good spot and cheer them on. As with all school sporting events, there is a clear bag policy. Tickets are $7 with 10 and under free.
Thank you for supporting our amazing students. I hope to see you there!

The students enjoyed a day filled with exciting and creative activities to mark the occasion, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved. It was heartwarming to see their enthusiasm and joy as they celebrated this special day.
