NEW INFORMATION
MacBook return procedures
Parents, Guardians, and Students,
Please be aware that your student needs to turn in their MacBook and charger for the summer on the last day of school. We have a process where students will take their 5th and 7th hour finals in the morning and then transition to their seminar for MacBook check-in. Once in seminar, there will be a schedule for classes to come to the Learning Commons (Library) to turn devices and chargers into the school.
The past couple years, we’ve had some students not follow this procedural process which then causes us to have to charge the student for a missing/lost MacBook which is $1,117.95, if they do not turn it into us that day.
If your student is taking summer school classes or has a special circumstance in which they need to keep their MacBook, they are able to come to the front office to get a special summer school sticker or notify us of the special circumstance starting this Wednesday.
Lastly, last year we had over 200 missing/lost/stolen chargers not turned back into us. Please remind your student to look now for their charger to avoid a $58 replacement charger fee.
Previously released information, but still important to know
