NEWS FROM THE PANTHER DEN
WEEK 26 EDITION
WEEK 26 REFLECTION
This weekend, we all lose an hour. (Geez, Mr. Hayzler, thanks for starting off with good news.). Daylight Saving Time demands that we “spring ahead,” and whether we like it or not, time keeps moving forward. The real question is: Are you moving with it? (Yes, I know that will be hard to consider on Sunday morning.)
Think about it. Clocks keep moving. Seasons don’t stop changing. Life doesn’t hit pause. Spring isn't just about adjusting the time. It is about momentum. It’s a reminder that progress happens whether we are ready or not, so why not take control of it? Instead of feeling like we’re catching up, let’s get ahead.
Now is the time to shake off those winter blues and step boldly into what is next. That project you’ve been putting off? Start it. That challenge you’ve been avoiding? Face it. That goal you set back in January? Time to revisit it. "Springing ahead" isn’t just about an hour on the clock. It is a mindset, an action, a choice.
As we push toward the stretch to Spring Break let’s pick up the pace. Let’s stop waiting for the “right time” and make the time right now. There are exciting things happening. The SATs, NJGPA testing, college acceptances, start of spring sports, fundraisers, honor society inductions and other fun events are all on the horizon. Whether in academics, sports, leadership, or personal growth, the future doesn’t slow down for us. Let's spring ahead, and make the most of every moment. Yes, that might mean going to bed earlier on Saturday night. #nocknation
