I hope all the students had a wonderful first few days of school. The smiles on their faces was heart warming as they interacted with their teachers and friends. All families should have received their first day packet in that packet are important forms that need to be completed and returned to school.
- Most important Student Contact Form- the school needs your emergency contact information in case of an emergency.
- Free and Reduced School Lunch Application - this form determines state funding for Title 1. I encourage all families to fill out this form.
- Emergency Health & Information Form
- Handbook Signature Release Form
- Medication Authorization Form
- Photo/opt-out form
Please make sure these forms are returned to Morris by Friday, September 6th.
