Pet of the Year
Don’t forget to vote for Ginger as Pet of the Year. Our goal is to raise at least $1 to represent each student at New Mark. We have met 10% of our goal. Voting ends April 14.
Ginger has become a beloved figure at New Mark Middle School, cherished by nearly 1,000 students. Her visits on Fridays are a highlight of the week, especially for the students she works with. Ginger spends her time assisting our students with severe disabilities, many of whom are non-verbal. Despite this, it’s clear how much they appreciate her presence and care. The students eagerly look forward to taking Ginger on walks, and through these outings, they’ve gained confidence in navigating the school building. Additionally, Ginger’s weekly visits have played a significant role in helping improve their social skills. Her dedication and the bond she’s formed with the students truly make a difference in their lives. She even gets a spot in the school yearbook!
