With the holiday season upon us and another year coming to an end, we have so much to be thankful for…and YOU are high on that list. Thank you for another month of love, friendship, prayers and support. We take none of those things for granted. You may not see yourself in these pictures, but trust me, you were right there with us for every single event and spiritual decision made. In every single picture,we see YOU. I wish we could really express the gratitude and love we have for you. You are more than we deserve, and we are so, so, SO very honored to partner in ministry with you.
Cranberry Baptist Church (Beckley, WV)
So very cool to be at my brother Franklin’s church—Cranberry Baptist in Beckley, West Virginia. BJ loved preaching at the church and also speaking horseback at their Harvest Festival. Thank you, Pastor Pauley, for all of your hard work preparing for the event!
(ABOVE) There were a ton of great kids at the event, but my clear favorites were my nieces and nephews. Seriously, how adorable is little miss Kiersten Elizabeth Tuck?
Rose Hill Baptist Church (Ashland, KY)
It was such a pleasure to be with our good friends Matt and Chrissy Shamblin and the folks at Rose Hill Baptist Church in Ashland, Kentucky. This church has a heart for reaching their community. BJ spoke in the Sunday morning service, and then that evening he shared the Gospel with the hundreds and hundreds of kids and parents who came out for Trunk or Treat. We met a ton of sweet kids, but one little guy absolutely stole our hearts. He was dressed up like the world’s cutest cowboy and came “riding” a stick horse. He challenged BJ and Lilly to a race and gave them quite a run for their money!

Making Memories
I’ll be honest. It’s been a hard year and a half as we continue to grieve the death of my brother Josh. Even typing those words makes my heart ache. But there have also been many happy times, such as a bucket-list trip to Ireland earlier this month. We don’t take a second that we have together for granted.
The countryside on the Dingle Peninsula is absolutely breathtaking! Sheep...lots of sheep!
