- Catholic School Culture Survey: The Office of Catholic Education's Visioning Committee is working on Catholic School Culture for the next 25 years. We have been asked to distribute this survey broadly to our teachers, parents, and 7th and 8th graders. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Baseball Skills and Sportsmanship Clinic Starts on Tuesday
Four weekly clinic sessions focusing on fundamental skills and sportsmanship will be held on Tuesday evenings at St. Andrew basement gym starting on Tuesday, February 6th.
Registration for the baseball skills and sportsmanship clinic is open to boys grades 3 through 8. Cost is $40 per athlete, with a matching rebate offered toward 2024 baseball registration (assuming that a team is able to form). This week we will rehearse the following (only the students in this number should report to rehearsal):

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Saturday 2/17 - Tech Rehearsal 10:00 - 3:30 PM FULL CAST
Stage Crew -please wear clothes that you don't mind getting some paint on. Parents: please reinforce that they need to take extra special care of their environment when painting (using the tarp, watching the edges of their brushes and don't flick the paint). Stage crew must stay until all paint brushes are cleaned up and put away

I end promptly at 5:00 PM, I appreciate everyone's effort in picking up their child(ren) promptly.
PERMISSION SLIPS: are past due, please give permission slips to Dr. McGinnis Not A Teacher
Your child(ren) will be at risk of losing their role if they have 3 unexcused absences from rehearsal. For example:
- If your child(ren) are absent from school they cannot attend rehearsal.
- If your child(ren) cannot make it to a rehearsal
- If a student cannot vouch for their absence in school
Any student on a discipline tier of 2 or higher cannot attend rehearsal for the length of their detention.
Any student on Academic Probation will be given a 2 week period to improve their grades, the student may attend rehearsals during this 2 week period. If the students grades do not improve in the course of the 2 weeks then the student will be on Academic Suspension and will not be able to participate in rehearsals until grades have improved.
Cellphones are NOT ALLOWED during rehearsal. Please reinforce this message at home so it is not a shock when they attend rehearsal.
