SISD has once again ranked “superior” in the FIRST – the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas. The rating, which according to the Texas Education Agency, “ensures that Texas public schools are held accountable for the quality of their financial management practices and that they improve those practices,” is a signal of the district’s exemplary financial management.

Congratulations to the SISD Business Office, led by Chief Financial Officer Brenda McFalls.

At tonight's game, we will remember Raider superfan Troy Nelson. Be sure to come out and cheer on the Raiders as loud as Troy did and stick around for the beginning of halftime to see what we've planned in memory for the best fan in Raider history.

As a district, we have implemented GoGuardian as an Internet filtering and monitoring tool in our

classrooms to improve student focus and engagement as well as adding another layer of

protection for our Raiders while they utilize classroom technology.

As part of this initiative, we are putting the GoGuardian Parent mobile app in your hands. This app

will give you monitoring and insight over your child's Internet activity while on school-managed

devices and accounts as well as filtering capabilities on school-managed devices and accounts

outside of school hours.

Welcome to your BRAND NEW PTA exclusively for the students, teachers and parents of Sunnyvale Middle School and High School!

In order to meet the demands of our growing Student Body and Teacher populations in the school district, we have formed a brand new PTA that focuses solely on the Middle School and High School campuses. When you join this PTA, 100% of your funds will be used exclusively on events, engagements, and activities at these two schools.

If you are a parent or teacher reading this, we want you to know that we see you and hear you. We know that you are emotionally invested in the children at these schools. And we know that we can only exist as an organization with your support, not just financially, but also emotionally, spiritually, and physically. To be frank, we NEED you.

We are extraordinarily grateful for every single dollar you can give, every single hour you can volunteer, every single item you can donate to our organization. We are just getting started, but we truly hope that you will join us on this journey and help us to grow this PTA into something that will reflect the standard of excellence we have come to expect from our Sunnyvale School District.
