Course Overview
Course Objectives
- Learn the fundamentals of effective writing instruction.
- Apply evidence-based practices in the classroom.
- Learn how to help students write to learn.
Class Structure & Dates
This course is blended in nature - participants will meet synchronously via Zoom 3 times and will also complete asynchronous learning outside of the live Zoom sessions. Attendance and engagement in the Zoom sessions and full completion of outside learning is required for all participants. Participants have from January 29th- March 11th, 2024 to complete the asynchronous learning.
Participants will receive Zoom links upon registration for the course.
Synchronous Zoom Session Dates & Times:
- January 29th, 2024 (3:45-4:45pm)
- February 12th, 2024 (3:45-4:45pm)
- March 4th, 2024 (3:45-4:45pm)
