HS - Choice of Cereal with graham crackers or whole grain donuts or warm bagel. Fruit juice & milk. Fresh Fruit.

Hs - 1/2 Day - No Lunch

Tuesday, Aug 20

Breakfast

HS - Warm bagel or whole grain donuts or breakfast sandwich. Fruit juice and milk. Fresh fruit.

Lunch

HS - Cheese bread sticks or walking taco with lettuce/tomato and peaches. Variety of sub sandwiches, PB & J and salad served daily as well.

Wednesday, Aug 21

Breakfast

HS - Warm bagel or whole grain donuts or breakfast pizza. Fruit juice and milk. Fresh fruit.

Lunch

HS - Popcorn Chicken with roll or Cheeseburger on whole grain bun with corn and strawberries. Variety of sub sandwiches, PB & J and salad served daily as well.

Thursday, Aug 22

Breakfast

HS - Warm bagel or whole grain donuts or muffin. Fruit juice and milk. Fresh fruit.

Lunch

HS - Pizza or chicken patty on whole grain bun with tater tots and pears. Variety of sub sandwiches, PB & J and salad served daily as well.

Wear it Wednesday - Fanatic Day

6:00 p.m. JV/Varsity Volleyball vs Almont (JV game @ 6:00 pm, Varsity game @ 7:30 pm)

6:00 p.m. Varsity Football scrimmage @ Merritt; Bus departs @ 4:15

9:30 a.m. Cross Country @ Oakdale Classic (Lapeer)
