From the Principal...
Dear Western Valley Middle School Families,
We hope this message finds you well. We are asking that all students temporarily return the Chromebooks and chargers that were issued to them in previous school years. Please ensure that these items are brought back to school no later than Monday, August 12.
Our team will be checking each device for updates and any needed repairs to ensure they are ready for testing and classwork.
If you no longer have your device, please inform your child's homeroom teacher before Monday, August 12. We will then deactivate the device and reissue a new one to your child.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Respectfully,
Dr. Stephanie Nardi
Principal, WVMS

Important Cell Phone Policy Information...
To maintain a focused and respectful learning environment, we have a clear policy regarding cell phones and wearable tech:
- All cell phones must be turned off and kept in backpacks throughout the school day. This includes lunch, recess, and passing periods.
- If a cell phone is seen out during the school day, it will be confiscated. The phone can be picked up by a parent or guardian (not the student) in the office after school or before school the following day. This policy will apply to each offense.
- Wearable technology, such as smartwatches, will be subject to the same policy if they become a distraction.
