Dear Prospective Orchestra Parents,
Today a very special demonstration was presented to your child’s class. Each string instrument in the orchestra was demonstrated and the children were given the opportunity to try one of the instruments!
Beginning orchestra classes will start in September. To enroll, please complete the following steps:
Begin orchestra sign up by clicking the button below
Complete the Achievement Through Commitment form and bring it to the Open House.
Attend Open House on Wednesday May 22 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Maple School.
We hope you will discuss this exciting opportunity with your child. Learning to play a musical instrument is a challenging and rewarding activity. It places your child in a creative learning environment with an outstanding group of students.
Interested parents and students are invited to attend an Open House Registration where you can learn more about the orchestra program. Both Mrs. Yoo and Mrs. Barrett will be there to answer questions.
Representatives from Quinlan and Fabish Music Co., a reputable school music company, will be available to discuss a convenient rental plan for orchestral instruments which is the only cost to participating in the orchestra program. Each student participating is required to have the proper size instrument, a book and a music stand.
Please make an effort to attend the Open House registration at Maple School. At that time, there will be a display of instruments to properly measure the correct size for your child. We look forward to sharing the rewards of music with you and your child, and meeting you at the Open House!
