The Chandler Education Foundation (CEF) is thrilled to announce the launch of its 2025 scholarship application process, offering graduating seniors from Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) high schools a chance to share in over $200,000 in funding. This initiative underscores CEF’s commitment to empowering students to achieve their post-secondary goals.
This year, students can apply for three distinct types of scholarships:
- Donor Scholarships: Generously funded by individuals and organizations, these awards range from $500 to $5,000. Selection criteria vary by scholarship, based on priorities of the donors, and students can qualify for multiple awards.
- IMPACT Scholarships: Open to students enrolled in the IMPACT Chandler service leadership program, these $1,000 scholarships recognize students who demonstrate outstanding community involvement and academic dedication. To qualify, students must complete 100+ hours of approved community service, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.4, and achieve a 95% attendance rate by March 24, 2025. Funding is made possible through the Winner’s Choice Car or Cash Raffle, launching January 22, 2025.
- Foundation Scholarships: A new initiative designed to recognize diverse forms of achievement and potential. These scholarships specifically support students with financial need, ensuring equitable access to opportunities for further education.
