Staff Chat

I hope you all got to 'rest' a bit from the chaos, spent some time outside in the amazing weather (for all you non-allegy sufferies!) and did something fun. You all are doing such a great job navigating through our new way of learning. Thank you for being patient and flexible. It is humbling to watch our College Heights community pull together during this time. Be sure to lean on one another. Reach out, give a virtual hug. This is all temporary and each of you is a strong, amazing human being who 100% has got this!!

I have asked Karen to create a virutal Collge Heights photo album on our website. I know many of the parents have been sending photos within their classrooms but this is one way we can feel connected as a community. Once it is up and going I will ask teachers to send a message to families.

Karla and I will be holding regularly scheduled virtual staff meetings each week. Please make sure you check your calendar invite. There will be a phone number and/or link to the video meeting on the invite.

Tuesday: Full staff meeting

9:00 am- This will be a time to check in, answer any questions/concerns. I will send an email Monday asking for topics you would like to address.

Thursday: Team Planning Meetings

9:30 am- PreK Teachers

10:00 - Pre school leads

10:30- Toddlers leads

11:00- Infants leads

• Staff Support is working on hard on getting contracts out to certified staff. They are hoping to get them all out this week.
• As of right now all staff evaluations have been postponed. Stay tuned!
• District curriculum leaders are meeting today to discuss next steps in virtual learning expectations for students. Karla and I will keep you updated as to how this aligns to our program.
