~New Announcements~

Homecoming Tickets are on sale at the Student Business Office. TICKETS ARE $20 with ASB and $25 without. Ticket sales will end at lunch on Thursday, October 17th. Reminder that in order to bring a guest, you must fill out a contract. Contracts will be available today at the Student Business Office.

TIME TO SHINE FLOWER ORDERS

Looking for a Corsage, Boutonniere or a small bouquet for homecoming this Saturday. Our Ag Department has you covered. Head over to Room 859 before the end of the day Monday, October 14th to place your order.

The dress-up theme is Neon this Friday, October 18th

AIM Ideas Lab

The AIM Lab is an 8-week program taking place from January 27 - March 17, 2025. Participants have the opportunity to earn 12+ hours of community service hours, connect with other teens, and develop skills and research, data analysis, and public speaking.

AGHS Theatre Company Presents:

“Museum” written by Tina Howe. Meet hilarious and wacky characters as they spend their day visiting an art museum. From crazy statues to whacky mannequins, our museum has it all! There are only 3 show dates left, the 17th, 18th, and 19th at 7pm, so make sure to buy your tickets at the Clark Center box office, or online on the Clark Center website. Tickets are 12$ for students and 17$ for general admission. Hope to see you there!

AGHS FALL BAND & CHOIR CONCERT

Wednesday, October 16th at 7pm come out and see Choir, Concert Band, and Wind Ensemble perform. General Admission is $10 and Student Tickets are $5.

Intramural Basketball Lunch Time Activity

Sign Ups will open on October 21st for our tournament beginning on November 7th at lunch in the Gym.

2024-2025 Yearbook

Get your yearbook for the 2024-2025 school year while you can. Less than 600 remain, so order early.

Clubs should know in order to advertise for your club's special events, please turn your announcement into room #205 for posting. Going forward, flyers will be hung in Eagle Hall, on the tri marquee and blue board in the quad, on the Softball Shed wall, outside room #912, and in the admin building window. All other posters will be removed.

~Attendance~

Make Sure to Clear your Absences

Clear Absences by 4pm Tuesday, 11/05/24. Please make sure that the Attendance Office is informed of the reason for any still unverified absences for 10/07/24 - 11/01/24. After that date, we will not be able to make any changes.

College & Military Visits

Seniors and Juniors planning a college/military visit should stop by the Attendance Office to pick up an Excused Absence Request form ahead of their visit. If approved, up to two days may be excused. Visits that will last longer than two days would require a Short Term Independent Study Contract to excuse the absence.

~Counselor's Corner~

Schedules: Please remember that there will be NO SCHEDULE CHANGES until the spring semester. Requests for a schedule change based on teacher preference or difficulty of the class will not be granted. Counselors are always available to help students problem solve and develop a plan to be successful in all classes.

Work Permits

Attention all students that plan on working this year. Please submit a completed work permit request form to Mr. Coville ASAP, or email him at trevor.coville@lmusd.org. Anybody that needs their current permit extended can stop by Room 510, or email Mr. Coville as well.
