Veteran's Day Assemblies
November 11th and 12th
This year we will host our annual Veteran's Day Assemblies for 6th and half of 7th grader on November, 11th and 8th and the other half of 7th graders on November 12th. Our assembly highlights and allows SBMS to express respect and gratitude for the millions of men and women who have served our nation as members of the United States armed forces. On this Veterans Day, we honor all members of the United States Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard and each respective Reserve for selflessly serving our nation.
Parents are welcome to attend and please extend the invitation to any person who has or is serving in our military. We encourage students to wear red, white and blue on these days.
In addition, we put together a slideshow honoring those who served. If you’d like for you or your family member to be recognized, please fill out the following form with their name, photo, and how they are related to you. If you have any questions, please reach out to me at Stephen.sydnor@springbranchisd.com

After School Bus Routes- Update
Letter to Parents
Due to the shortage of bus drivers and the large amount of afterschool routes we adjusted the Spring Branch Middle school afterschool maps. All middle and high school routes in our district are routed to stop at zoned elementary campuses in the area.
Starting 10-28-2024 SBMS afterschool bus routes will begin dropping off at the zoned elementary campuses.
Bus #1 will stop at Valley Oaks Elementary, Spring Branch Elementary, and Woodview Elementary. Due to the new construction of Woodview elementary, the stop will be located on the Pine Lake side of the school.
Bus #2 will stop at Memorial Drive Elementary, Hunters Creek Elementary and Houseman Elementary.
We do understand this may be somewhat of an inconvenience to the families that have students in the afterschool program, however making the changes now helps allow the district have drivers for all afterschool programs.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the transportation department.
