Happy New Year!
I hope this message finds you and your family refreshed and ready to embrace the opportunities of 2025. The new year is always a time for reflection and renewal, and at Sanborn Elementary, we are excited to welcome our Tigers back with a renewed sense of purpose and enthusiasm.
As we embark on the second half of the school year, our focus remains on fostering a supportive and inspiring environment where every Tiger can thrive. This aligns with our school’s theme, “Be Here. Be You. Belong.” We believe that when children feel valued, safe, and encouraged to bring their unique selves to the classroom, their potential knows no bounds.
With the fresh start of a new year, it’s a great time to set goals and encourage our Tigers to dream big. Whether it's striving for academic growth, building friendships, or practicing kindness, these goals help them develop a mindset of growth and resilience. We invite you to talk with your children about what they’d like to achieve and how they can take small, meaningful steps toward success.
In the coming weeks, our staff will be working closely with our Tigers to revisit classroom expectations, celebrate their progress, and create new opportunities for learning and connection. We look forward to continuing to build on the strong foundation we’ve established this year.
Let’s make 2025 a year of growth, joy, and achievement for every Tiger at Sanborn Elementary!
