A Message From Our Principal
Dear Bogle Community,
We have had a successful first quarter with the start of our extra-curricular activities, parent teacher conferences and acclimating to new schedules and teachers.
Fall Break is right around the corner. We will be offering the option to take the PSAT 8/9 at Bogle upon return from break. If you would like to enroll your student for the test, please go to the link below. Any seventh or eighth grader can take the PSAT 8/9. Taking this test will give you information on where your student excels and what areas they need to improve before taking the PSAT in high school.
Please watch for our bi-weekly newsletter and check our social media for updates and events. There are many great things happening at Bogle!
Have a wonderful three-day weekend with your friends and family. Thank you for continuing to partner with us in the education of our students.
Sincerely,
Amanda Cook

Weekly Recap Video
Report, Don't Repost
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office "Report, Don't Repost" campaign urges teens, teachers, and parents to report teen violence content instead of sharing it online. Teen violence is a growing issue, and the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office is seeing more cases of teen-perpetrated violent crime. Reporting these types of incidents helps keep communities safe. Youth violence harms individuals, families, and communities. If not reported, law enforcement can't submit cases for prosecution. Use the tool kit below to help spread the message: Report, Don't Repost!
If you witness a fight:
- Don’t post videos of the fight on social media.
- Don’t try to break up the fight.
- Call the local police to tell them about the fight.
- Never assume someone else will call the police or already has.
- If you don’t feel safe reporting an incident, you can do so anonymously.
- Let those involved know police have been called and are on their way.

Device Protection Plan
Deadline: September 2, 2024
As part of the 1:1 technology initiative, a student fee of $25 will be added annually to InTouch to enroll in the Device Protection Plan (DPP). Annual enrollment in the plan will minimize the potential repair and/or replacement fees associated with the device.
This year, the fee was added to accounts on Monday, August 5. The fee must be paid by the due date (Monday, September 2) in order to be enrolled in the plan (click here for instructions to pay the fee in Infinite Campus). All devices will be considered covered by the Device Protection Plan until September 2. If the fee is not paid by September 2, it is implied that the family is opting out of the annual DPP coverage, and although the fee will be shown as "overdue" in InTouch, there is no additional action required on your part. After September 2, you may enroll in the Device Protection Plan only after an inspection of the device at your school's Tech Center.
Students renewing their annual DPP will have continued coverage as long as the payment is made by Monday, September 2.
Students adding the DPP for the first time will need to have their device inspected and enrollment in the DPP does not begin until the fee payment has been received. There will be no refunds given on DPP purchase if a student leaves CUSD or upon graduation. The fee is not prorated for any reason.
Please visit the web address here for more details on the Device Protection Plan.
