ADVISING
Important Deadlines
Regular Academic Session Courses (01/13 - 05/05):
- May 5th: Last day of class. Last day to request a complete withdraw from all classes in the term. No registration changes can be made after the last day of class and last day to file a Complete Withdraw.
- May 6th: Reading day, no classes.
- May 7th: Final exams begin.
- May 13th: Final exams end.
Seven Week Second Session Courses (03/11 - 05/05):
- May 5th: Last day of class--no registration changes can be made after the last day of class.
- May 6th: Reading day, no classes.
- May 7th: Final exams begin.
- May 13th: Final exams end.

Summer Courses
PSY 396C - Preparation for Graduate Programs in the Field of Psychology
The purpose of this course is to introduce undergraduate Psychology majors to the various career opportunities within the field of Psychology. This course will primarily focus on preparation for graduate school and thus provide steps for the graduate school application process. In addition, students will learn skills to assist them with a successful transition into a graduate program. This is a 2 unit course.
PSY 426 - Advanced Human Memory
Examines the processing systems that underlie human learning, memory and cognition; emphasizing cognitive, neuroscientific and computational approaches to research and theory. Emphasis on Dementia. This is a Writing Emphasis Course.

ALREADY VACCINATED?
If you have already taken your second/final dose, upload your vaccination record to Campus Health now and earn a $5 reward to the UA Student Unions/Bookstores through Wildcat OneStop. This will also exempt you from mandatory COVID-19 testing on campus, and will help us track our progress towards campus immunity.

BIO5 Ambassador Internship
The 2021-2022 BIO5 Ambassador Internship is a unique two semester opportunity offered by the BIO5 Institute that will allow undergraduate students from all majors to earn 2 internship credits through the A Center (TLS 393/493). Through the internship program, interns will:
- Learn about the collaboration of business and science
- Learn strategies for science communications
- Attend weekly professional development workshops focused on skills such as public speaking, marketing, networking, communications, business etiquette, and more.
- Work with a BIO5 staff mentor of their choice on a project of interest on topics like grant writing, digital marketing, business administration, event planning, etc...
The application period for the internship begins April 7, 2021 and will be open until August 23, 2021. The link to the application is here (http://bit.ly/BIO5Ambassadors21-22).
