Family Fitness!!
Does your family exercise or play together?
Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Merchant want you to share what you like to do at home with your family!
Please send in a picture (or draw one) and write a description of the exercise or activity that you are doing with your family. Some examples are: taking walks, riding bikes, going to the gym, playing catch.
Please put your name and teacher on the BACK and turn in to Mrs. Smith or Mrs. Merchant.
We will have hard copies of the paper sitting out at conferences or you may print off the page below.

Don't forget to...
*Drink lots of water (at
least 5 cups a day for kiddos)
*Get outside and be active!
*Eat a healthy snack
*Give yourself a break from screen time
*Wash your hands thoroughly
*Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night
*Be POSITIVE!
*Please keep a pair of gym shoes and socks for your child at school so they are always ready for class!
