Melville's Picture Day is scheduled for Tuesday November 1, 2022 . Information was sent home, however you can order online at mylifetouch.com enter code: EVTFZRVQQ

If you submitted an application for Free or Reduced Lunch during the 19-20 or 20-21 school year, then that information carried over until October 14th, 2022.

At this time you will need to complete a new application to continue to receive Free or Reduced Lunch. Paper copies were sent home at the start of the year, however you can apply online by visiting this site: https://www.myschoolapps.com. Please be sure to include your child’s name on the application and mark N/A if you are not applying.below is is the information to complete the application. We encourage all families to apply.

You may have noticed that by Door 5 we now have a Planet Aid bin for any clothing or shoes that you would like to donate. Melville will be raising money while supporting others! Please drop off donations, however if the bin is full, then please do not leave anything on the side!

In order to publish a yearbook, then we have to have parents parent support. We currently have an incredible yearbook coordinator, but this is her last year. We need a parent or parents of children K-3 who would be able to mentor this year and lead next year!

Having a yearbook means so much to the students-please consider lending a hand. If you are interested, then please email me at lauried@portsmouthschoolsri.org.

We want our families to be partners in all we do. Please complete this Melville Committee Work Volunteer Form to join our teams.

2022-2023 School Calendar

If you are interested in volunteering or chaperoning this school year, then you will need to complete the volunteer approval process. Mrs. McEvoy in our office is a notary and can be of any assistance, so please do not hesitate to reach out!

Securly Home is an app that allows parents to monitor their child’s Chromebook activity at home and add rules for home use. Please take some time to review the slideshow and recording of the parent meeting that took place on 9/16.
