Happy New Year!!! We hope that you all had a restful holiday season. As we step into 2025, we are excited about the opportunities and growth that await our students, staff, and school community.


As always, we value you and your dedication to your student's education. We are ready to work together to make the second half of the year successful.

Changes to Second Grading Period

Second Grading Period ends on January 17, 2025.


Due to calamity days, there has been an extension to the First Semester.


Please be sure to check your student's Progress Book account to monitor their academic progress. Parents can also sign up for their student's Google Classrooms to receive notifications when assignments are posted.


Students and parents can access Progress Book to review grades and missing assignments.


Please do not hesitate to email your child's teacher if you have any questions. You can email staff directly by locating the staff member's name on the following website.

Oakamania Requirements

Students at Oak Hill Middle/High School are eligible to earn incentives and rewards through the Oakamania program.

Based on grades, attendance, behavior, and community service (HS requirement only) students can earn incentives and rewards. Some incentives include dropping grades in classes, local business coupons, and $1.00 entry price for home events.

Posted below are the requirements necessary to meet in order to earn a Gold, Silver, or Red Oakamania card.

Absences - Miss A Day, Miss A Lot

If your child needs to be absent, please verify the absence with the front office.


Call the front office at 740-682-7055 to report an absence.


Send a doctor's excuse for excused absence or have them faxed to 740-682-6075.

Final Forms for 2024/2025 School Year

Have you completed FinalForms for your student this year? All students and parents need to complete FinalForms.


The District has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service which allows parents to complete and sign enrollment, academic, and athletic forms.
