Returning Student Online Registration
Returning Student Registration for 2021-2022 opened on April 26. All acknowledgments and authorizations are contained in a single electronic, online registration form that will be easily accessible from most electronic devices (computer, Chromebook, and Smartphones). Please refer to the parent guide located on the web page for detailed instructions on how to complete the form.
Beginning April 26, parents can sign into the Returning Student Online Registration form located in the Parents/Community menu of the District website. Parents/guardians will use their Home Access Center (HAC) credentials to sign in and select individual students to complete each registration.
The electronic registration forms for elementary and middle school students should be completed by June 1. High School online registration forms should be completed no later than July 1.
Registration fees for all grades will be available in Pushcoin beginning July 1, and will be billed to reflect the early bird discount if paid by July 31. Pushcoin will email invoices for accounts with balances due on the 15th of each month until paid in full.
For families who may qualify for a fee waiver, and are not directly certified by the state, a 2021-2022 district fee waiver application will be available on the District 303 website in July, accessible from the Parent/Community menu.
Students entering sixth and ninth grades require proof of a physical exam prior to the first day of school. Please visit the District 303 health services web page for more information.

The baby chicks are here!
Our kindergarteners were delighted to find that their baby chicks had hatched! The children were able to see their progress as they made their way out of the shell and dry off in the incubator. The “new” classmates have been busy peeping, eating, and sleeping. The kids just love them!

5th grade Clap Out
It is hard to believe that in a few short weeks our 5th graders will be incoming 6th graders. We are so proud of all of the hard work they have put in this school year and are working on ways for us to safely celebrate their elementary years.
We would love to extend an invitation to all of our fifth grade students and parents (in person and remote) to participate in our 5th grade clap out. This event will take place outdoors at Richmond school. Details below:
When: Friday, May 28th
Time: Starts at 1:20 p.m.
Parents: You may line up on the grass area indicated in blue in the chart below. Please maintain social distancing. Although this event is outdoors, it is on school grounds. PLEASE ensure that ALL attendees are wearing a mask.
When the event is over, students will be dismissed at 1:40 p.m.
5th grade remote students: Please come to Richmond at 1 p.m. - enter through door #14 (students ONLY). Ensure your child is self-certified. Directions below. Students will be dismissed at 1:40 p.m. through door #9 with the 5th grade walkers and car riders.
Log in using your HAC Parent username and password.
- Once you are logged in, for each of your students please read the screening questions to determine if your student meets the criteria and is healthy to come to school each day.
- You will select No to each of the questions if your student is healthy and ready to come to school.
- You will select Yes for any of the questions if your student is experiencing any of the symptoms related to COVID-19.
- Once you make your selection, please click Submit. When you select No, the app will present you with a Green Pass; When you select Yes, a Warning will be displayed indicating that your student should not attend school that day.
We ask that a parent show their phone to a staff member near the entrance, or print the pass and give a copy to your child to show at the door.
If you are having any technical difficulties, please print the following document and this paper certification will also be accepted at the door for your child.
CogAT testing
If your child was remote and opted to wait until the summer to take the CogAT or Academically Talented(AT) Placement Tests or if your child is newly enrolled in D303 schools, the summer dates for testing are posted on the district AT website. The registration forms have also been activated. Here is a flyer with all the dates as well as the links to the registration forms.
Please note: Students will only have to select 1 day to take the CogAT. If their scores qualify them to take the AT Placement Tests, they will then select another day for that assessment.
Student Council food drive
During the week of May 17 (Monday May 17- Friday May 21), the Richmond Student Council will be collecting canned and dry goods to donate to The Shepherd's Heart Food Pantry. Donations boxes will be placed at the main entrance for students to drop off donations beginning Monday, May 17. Please look for a letter coming home with your student with more information including suggestions of items to donate.
