IMPORTANT MORNING PORCEDURE CHANGE- STARTING MONDAY
We are implementing a new morning procedure beginning Monday to improve student safety and organization.
- Campus Opens at 7:50 AM: Supervision is not available before 7:50 AM. Please ensure your student arrives no earlier than this time.
- Breakfast: Students who wish to eat breakfast should go directly to the MPR (Multi-Purpose Room). After finishing breakfast, they will report to their designated location listed below.
- Non-Breakfast Students: Students who are not eating breakfast will go straight to the following locations:
- Kindergarten: Preschool Playground
- 1st-3rd Grade: Primary Playground (cones with classroom labels will be set up for backpacks)
- 4th-6th Grade: Intermediate Playground
At 8:05, teachers will pick up their students from the playgrounds.
Please note: If your child chooses to go to the playground instead of eating breakfast first, they will not have the opportunity to eat breakfast later. If your student wants breakfast, they must go directly to the MPR before heading to the playground. No food is allowed on the playground at any time.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our morning routine safe and smooth!

Each moth Dr Fourlis our Superintendent is posing a question to our community about a timely topic. Each month she will put the results of they survey into her newsletter that she send out to parents. This is a goal to broaden to get parents input. This month she is seeing input on cell phones. Pick Up Reminders
Parents please make sure that you are staying in your cars. Please make sure that your students names are visible on your car tag. If your students are walkers please make sure they tell their teachers. If they walk home or walk across Adobe at a cross walk to meet you please remind them of that.
Student ID Badges
Parents please remind your students that they need to bring their ID's EVERYDAY!!!! We have a lot of students who are breaking their lanyards. Lots of stores have fun lanyards please make sure that if you purchase one from a store or Amazon that they are breakaway.
Parents,
Thank you so much for supporting us as we roll out our new Mesa Schools badge procedures. At Field, we want to ensure we are making this transition as smooth as possible for families.
Starting Monday, 8/12, teachers will have templates for temporary badges for students. These badges will still scan for lunch and library services. These badges are important for daily activities, and we are closely tracking any losses.
If your child misplaces his/her badge, your child will receive a reminder note home on the day they use a temporary and we will contact you on the 2nd and 4th occurrence. On the 4th occurrence, if the badge is lost, a replacement badge will need to be purchased at the cost of $3.00 per badge.
Additionally, students have been requesting if they can bring their own lanyards. As long as the lanyard is school appropriate and has a breakaway clasp, these will be permitted.
Thank you for helping us ensure that this system runs smoothly!
