Monday (12/2) - Late start added –We met our Skechers Walk goal and hence earned an additional late start! We have scheduled this extra late start for Monday (12/2), the first day back from Thanksgiving break. Thank you to everyone that helped us meet the goal, this is a great fundraiser for PEF and the Friendship Foundation.

CAREER EXPLORATION SEMINAR - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
On January 15th at 8:30A Peninsula will have the Career Exploration Seminars for students. This event is an opportunity for students to learn about careers from professionals in the field. If you have a career you would like to present to students AND you are available on Wednesday, January 15th 8A-10A please complete this form by Friday, December 13th.
Seniors: it is FAFSA time. Federal Student Aid has opened the FAFSA application for students entering college in 2025-2026. From now until December 1st, the application is in Beta testing so you may encounter some computer glitches. It will fully open on December 1st.
Federal Student Aid will be holding 2 free webinars on Tuesday, December 10th on how to complete the FAFSA. How to create a Federal Student Aid Account will be held at 10:30 a.m. and How to Complete Your FAFSA will be held at 1:30 p.m. Click here to register. The video will be available on the Federal Student Aid YouTube channel 24-48 hours after the presentations.
The Peninsula High College Career Center will also be hosting a How To Complete Your FAFSA zoom webinar on Wednesday, December 11th at 6:30 p.m. Mrs. Shafer from the College Career Center (CCC) will take participants screen by screen through the FAFSA form. This Spring, Peninsula Drama will be bringing the classic musical ONCE UPON A MATTRESS to the PAC stage. Inspired by the classic tale, The Princess and the Pea, Winnifred the Woebegone is just a simple swamp princess looking to win the heart of Prince Dauntless. But can she pass the impossible test Queen Aggravain has in store for her?
