Summit Strategic Planning

This year, Summit Public Schools is undergoing strategic planning to ensure the continuous improvement and success of the District. Summit Public Schools will create a cohesive, forward-thinking strategy that supports students' academic and personal growth while promoting community trust and collaboration.

After hosting a general session and two core team sessions, as well as distributing surveys to multiple stakeholder groups, Summit Public Schools is hosting a Parent Focus Group to support the ongoing strategic planning process. This is a voluntary opportunity for parents of current students attending Summit Public Schools to share their perspectives in an interactive manner. The Focus Group will be held in the Summit High School cafeteria on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 6-8pm. For planning purposes, we ask parents who plan on attending to please let us know by answering the question below. We will be sending additional information as we get closer to the Parent Focus Group on what parents can expect during this collaborative opportunity.

The Parent Focus Group will be hosted by The Madison Institute, which is the company facilitating the strategic planning process for the District. Your feedback will be instrumental in identifying the District’s strengths and areas for growth, which will help shape our goals and ensure that Summit Public Schools continues to thrive in the years ahead.
