Principal's Update
Dr. Stratton's Community Newsletter: January 12, 2025
Words from Wendy
Greetings Gunn Community,
What a time to be on campus! The excitement is buzzing with the opening of our new admin building and cafeteria. It’s been amazing to see students, staff, and families enjoying these beautiful spaces. Add the gorgeous weather we’ve been having, and it feels like there’s a little extra sunshine in everything we do. Come by and check out the new facilities if you haven’t already.
And don’t forget, we have some fantastic events coming up in the coming days and weeks including the Winter Orchestra concert, and our annual Game of Throws international juggling event! These are great opportunities to connect, celebrate, and see the amazing things our community is up to. Hope to see you there!
Warmly,
Dr. Stratton

Titan Grub Hub Tasting Event!
On Tuesday January 7, hundreds of students, staff and community members were treated to a fantastic event, put on by our phenomenal food services team! The tasting was held in our brand new cafeteria, and offered over a dozen different samples off the new menu, which will feature local and seasonal items. The cafeteria officially opens on January 21st. We are so thankful to Alva Spence (Director of Nutrition Services) and our hard working food services team who have been making do with a temporary kitchen and cafeteria for the last 2.5 years.
