The faculty book club finished Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein. It received mixed reviews. Our next selection is This Dark Endeavor by Kennth Oppel.

Read to Succeed

6th graders are participating in Six Flag's Read to Succeed. If they read 6 hours they receive a free ticket to the park.

The faculty committee on boys achievement met to discuss our reading over the break. We swapped books and plan to meet again soon.

Two boxes of new books arrived including nonfiction award winners, more humor novels and requested titles from students.
