Friday, June 6th is the last day of the 2025-2026 School year. 7th and 8th Grade students are expected to attend school through June 6th. Please access HTM School Calendar for daily schedule.

7th Grade students will return textbooks on Monday, June 2, 2025 in the library.

7th Grade EOC Final Exams - June 3-5, 2025 - Schedule F - 12:56PM Dismissal

8th Grade Promotion Practice, Period 1, June 3, 2025

8th Grade students who are promoting will participate in 8th Grade Promotion Practice on Tuesday, June 3 during Period 1.

8th Grade Celebration, Period 2 - June 2, 2025

The 8th Grade Student Picnic Celebration will be on Tuesday, June 3rd during Period 2.

8th Grade Promotion - June 4, 2025 @ 6PM at Hilltop High School

Students should arrive by 5pm for the Promotion Ceremony at Hilltop High School. Please review End of Year Letter below. Six guests per students. Students need to wear appropriate shoes. See information in newsletter below.

8th Grade Promotion Certificate - June 5, 2025

8th Grade Students will receive their 8th Grade Promotion Certificate on Thursday, June 5, 2025 during 5th period. Promotion Certificates will only be handed to students on June 5th. Parents/Guardians may pick up 8th Grade Promotion Certificates beginning on June 6, 2025 from 8-4pm.

It is our collective expectation that everyone on campus will uphold the cell phone use policy as outlined in the district's board policy as well as in our handbook:

1. Upon entry, all cell phones must be turned off and placed in the backpack.
2. If a staff member directs a student to put it away, please listen and put cellphone in backpack.
3. Cell phones are not allowed in the bathroom. If students are caught with cellphone in the bathroom, the phone will be taken immediately and must be picked up by the parents. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. If a staff member takes a cell phone away, they will give it back to student at the end of each period UNLESS it warrants being taken to the main office.
