📚 Read Across America Week is Here! 📚

This week, we’re celebrating the joy and importance of reading with exciting activities for our students and families. Check out what’s in store:

✨ Reading Night – Thursday, March 6th | 5:00–6:00 PM ✨
Join us for an evening of literacy fun! Our team has put together engaging activities for students and families to enjoy. Everyone is welcome—we can’t wait to see you there!

📅 Student Activities:
📖 Wednesday: Dress as your favorite book character! Let’s fill our hallways with beloved literary characters.
🏡 Thursday: Literacy Night (5:00–6:00 PM)—Be sure to wear your HOUSE SHIRT for a chance to win fun prizes! 🎁✨ Plus, enjoy delicious concessions like soda, candy, popcorn, and more!
🎉 Friday: Prize giveaways—let’s get excited and make this a fantastic week!

We’re looking forward to a fantastic Read Across America Week—let’s celebrate the magic of reading together! 📚✨

Attention Families of 6th Grade Students Attending Millswood Next Year:
📢 7th Grade Millswood Showcase – Tuesday, March 4th

Student Rally/Assembly: 9:15–10:30 AM at Millswood (students only).
Parent Orientation: 6:00 PM at Millswood (mandatory for parents).

Nor Cal Science Festival "Junkyard Masterpieces" Winners

Huge shout out to our very own Hena from Mrs. Pineda's 6th grade class who walked away as a blue ribbon winner for her creation of the character Slinky from the movie "Toy Story." We commend her creativity and hard work!
