Some changes to the sectional schedule needed this week due to Pre-UIL and the new Festival of Nations performance. Please see below for this week's changes:

Wind Ensemble

March 5 and 6 UIL days for SB and CB will create conflicts for Wind Ensemble sectionals.

Low Brass: Wednesday PM Sectionals

Clarinets: Friday PM Sectionals

Symphonic Band

No sectionals this week - get lots of rest for UIL on Thursday!

Concert Band

Monday PM - Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Trumpet

Tuesday AM - Saxophone and Horn

Tuesday PM - Trombone, euphonium, tuba

** The Reynolds Directors are aware that March 6th is a conflict with a track meet. The directors and coaches are already in contact to create a plan that allows as many members as possible to participate in both track and band on March 6th. Once the coaches have a completed Track Roster and schedule this afternoon, we will contact impacted students and families with a plan.

****REMINDER: Low Brass/Low Reed and Clarinet Sectionals have CHANGED this week (March 3-7) due to SB and CB UIL schedules!***

Private lessons are a vital part of any successful band program and are what make the Reynolds band students really great musicians! Prosper ISD bands are very fortunate to have a staff of incredibly highly qualified teachers that have been vetted by the same intensive processes as all Prosper ISD school teachers. We very highly recommend that any and all band students enroll lessons offered through the Reynolds Band. Additionally, most students who take lessons from Reynolds lesson staff are able to take lessons during band class!

**Reminder: Private lessons are required for Symphonic Winds members as well as french horn, double reed, and percussion students.

Clarinet, saxophone, low brass, and percussion: Due to the high demand of for lessons from our amazing teachers at Reynolds as well as other schools, these sections tend to fill up FAST - we highly recommend signing up sooner than later to ensure a spot in the studio!
