Meet your Primary Academic Director
My personal belief statement-
The reason and intention in all that I do is guided by: dedication, loyalty, honesty, authenticity and nurturing. The impact that I make is because I am a communicator, planner and teacher. In life, I hope to be a great person for my family. This is important and connects me to the work that I do because relationships are my foundation.
Director's Corner
I am excited to welcome you to our first family newsletter for the 2024/2025 school year. Our teachers join us on July 24th and our scholars return on August 13th for our first day of school. We are busy working on the building and planning to make sure we have an amazing school year.
I want to thank those parents that attended the meet and greet on Tuesday. We had a great turn out and it kicks off a year of consistent and effective two-way communication. My focus with you, the families, is to build relationships so that I can gain and keep your trust as the Academic Director. I am committed to and focused on our scholars' safety, academic growth and social emotional well-being, and I look forward to working with you to ensure each of your children are successful this year.
We will have many more opportunities to meet and talk about how we can build the parent/school relationships. Please stay tuned for more details about the events we are planning throughout the year.
My door is always open, so if you have any questions please stop by the office.
Proud to be a Falcon,
Director Lancaster
Strategic Priorities
Do you know someone that you want to join our FAMILY?
We have spots available in most grade levels and are actively accepting enrollments. We are asking our families to share the great pieces of Williams and encourage others to enroll their children.
We are offering an incentive if you refer a family and they are accepted to Uplift Williams. We will provide your scholar with an embroidered Uplift uniform shirt.
A message from Mr. Dominguez
Dear Families,
As we progress in our planning for the upcoming school year, it is becoming increasingly clear that we are aligned on the ways to improve our wonderful school. It has been truly exciting to witness your approval of the new policies and procedures we are establishing for next year.
We have been listening to your feedback, and I am thrilled to announce the return of our VIP Parent Organization. This will allow us to continue fostering the strong bond between our school and our families as we serve your children.
In the same spirit, I am more than excited and proud to announce our new Dean of College Preparation (DCP), Ms. Micaela Martinez! As many of you may know, she is an alumni of Williams, and she has been part of our community since we opened the school 18 years ago! She is an incredibly human being and professional, and I cannot wait to see the impact of her actions with both scholars and families.
We remain committed to our priorities, particularly regarding the implementation of our uniform policy. We promise to maintain strong accountability to ensure equity for all. I respectfully request your leadership at home, as well as your trust, as we move forward from past experiences and welcome a new year filled with high expectations and success in all areas.
We are looking to increase enrollment in the following grade levels: Kindergarten, 2nd, 5th, 6th, and 9th. We have a limited amount, and we expect that, after this year, however, we will go back to having a long waiting list because of our renewed commitment to excellence. If you refer a family that enrolls with us, we will reward your support with a Williams embroidered polo for one scholar. Please reach out via email, call, remind, or by coming by our building.
As always, I appreciate your support and partnership.

International Baccalaureate (IB) Connections
The International Baccalaureate (IB) mission is a set of 10 learner outcomes for the 21st century and they should be evident in all scholar and staff actions. They include: inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, open-minded, caring, risk-takers, balanced and reflective.
Students are encouraged to take action as a result of their learning to make a difference in the world. Our scholars will focus on an outcome each month and we will highlight that learning in this family newsletter.
