The students have learned about Martin Luther King Jr. and the Civil Rights Movement. They have had great discussions about it. Next week we will be completing the KELPA test. All students who qualified at the beginning of the year will take the test, including students who are not receiving our services. This test assesses their English-speaking proficiency in four categories: Reading, speaking, writing and listening.
