Greetings Gators!
It's Spirit Week! A great time as a community to celebrate and have fun in building Gator Spirit.
We look forward to connecting with our Caregivers at caregiver conferences this week to celebrate with you the great work your Gator is doing in our school each and every day!
As a reminder, Halloween falls on a Monday this year and it is a school day. The MRPS Administrators are communicating out together the expectations for the day. MRPS policy states "There shall be no school-initiated or -sanctioned formal or informal celebration or observance of religion, religious holidays or religious festivals." We have this policy in place to support all students, from different backgrounds, beliefs, and socio-economic status. In accordance with our policy across the district each school is NOT allowing costumes to be worn at school on October 31st, Monday. For those who choose to trick or treat and celebrate the holiday after school, stay safe and have a fun evening. Thank you in advance for your support with this decision!
Go Gators!

NEW: Omicron specific (Bivalent) Covid-19 boosters are now available for children ages 5-11. The updated booster is for those who have completed their primary Covid-19 vaccine series and received their last dose at least two months ago. Look for Pfizer Bivalent boosters or Moderna Bivalent boosters in the list of walk in clinics or local pharmacies. You may need to keep revisiting the websites as more shipments come in and they will be updating them based on the supply.
